Service:

• We provide cut through or surface cutting by using Disco dicing blades.

• You can bring your blades to cut instead, but make sure to check the spec below to see if it can be installed in DAD322 or not.

Description:

• You can google “DAD322” for the performance of the machine

• Can only install hubless blades of  I.D.=40mm with O.D.>49.4mm.

• The depth the blade can cut into target without touching unintended parts is at most  (O.D.-49.4mm)/2 mm.

• The thickness of blades we have varies from 15um to 200um.

• The UV tape is used to install the target in the machine so target that is vulnerable to UV light is not suggested.(Unless you bring non-UV tape with both sides>220mm)

• The D.I.water is used to cool down the blade while cutting so target that is vulnerable to water is not suggested.

• Many aspects(Target material ,cut depth ,feed rate ,rotation speed ,cut shape ,etc. ) will affect whether it is doable or not , so discussing with Dr. Ho Xuan Long is suggested.(Free)

​Charge: OEM

The time counting starts from “Turn on the machine and ends with taking the cut target out of machine”

(The time to stick the target on tape before turning on the machine won’t be counted.)

A. Academic Institution: NTD400 per 20min.

(e.g. 48min -> 2*20min+8min ->2*20min -> NTD800)

B. Non-academic Institution: NTD600 per20min.

(e.g. 75min->3*20min+15min ->4*20min -> NTD2400)

If time (in minute)/20 left with exceed 10min it will be count as 20min, otherwise it will be count as 0min. (Just as examples in A and B.)
